The Challenge
Battery energy storage is a technical, high-value purchase. Buyers such as developers, utilities, data center operators, and industrial sites need to understand chemistry, capacity, cooling, cycle life, and dispatch behaviour before they engage, and they expect the same engineering rigour from the digital experience as from the hardware.
Calyco Energy needed a platform that could explain a complex product clearly, let prospects explore and specify a system themselves, and give operators live visibility of how their storage assets are performing.
Our Approach
We treated the platform as an engineering product rather than a brochure site. The public experience walks visitors through the energy flow, from generation and capture to storage and delivery, with scroll-driven storytelling and an interactive 3D model of the 20-foot storage container.
Behind the scenes, we built the data layer for real-time telemetry and load monitoring, designed to handle mission-critical industrial data without slowing down the interface.
