The Challenge
Student recruitment runs on volume and deadlines. Enquiries arrive from several countries and from a large network of recruitment agents, each with their own follow-ups, documents and intake dates.
Handling that by email and spreadsheet meant slow responses and no reliable view of where a student was in the process. The Global Avenues needed universities, agents and students served from one system.
Our Approach
We mapped the journey from first enquiry to enrolment, including the hand-offs between agents, counsellors and university admissions, then built the portal around those stages so every record shows its current status.
University and programme information was made self-service, so prospective students can browse institutions, courses, fees and deadlines without waiting for a reply, while enquiries flow into a single pipeline with the source and agent attached.
