The Challenge
DueDash sells to firms in private capital and other high-accountability environments, where credibility is everything. A slow, heavy website works against that message, hurts search visibility, and loses visitors before they reach the product story.
The existing web platform and WordPress setup had accumulated weight over time: slow page loads, inefficient database queries, and Core Web Vitals scores that did not reflect the quality of the product.
Our Approach
We started with a performance audit to find where time was actually being lost, covering server response, database queries, render-blocking assets, images, and third-party scripts.
We then worked through the fixes in order of impact: streamlining database queries, reducing and deferring heavy assets, optimising media, and tightening the front-end so the largest content appears quickly and the layout stays stable while it loads.
